Privacy in plain language
Your private reflections belong to you.

What the Living Journal keeps
We keep the information needed to provide your account: your email address, membership and access status, journal and review responses, prayer status, saved Scriptures, reminder choices, and the private photos or videos you choose to attach.
We do not ask for or store your account password in our application database. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not placed in your journal export.
How information is used
Your information is used to sign you in, keep your journal available across your devices, protect member features, provide account support, process membership status, and deliver the features you choose to use. We do not sell private journal entries, prayers, photos, or videos.
Service providers
Trusted infrastructure providers help operate authentication, hosting, private data storage, email delivery, and billing. They receive only the information needed to perform those services and operate under their own security and privacy obligations.
The optional newsletter form is provided by HighLevel/LeadConnector. If you choose to subscribe, the contact information and consent you enter in that form are sent to that marketing provider for the emails you requested. Newsletter subscription is separate from your Living Journal account.
Private journal writing, prayers, saved Scripture, photos, videos, reminder choices, and journal activity are never sent to HighLevel.
Your control
You may download a private ZIP archive from My Account. Canceling a membership stops future renewal but does not erase your journal; access continues through the shown paid-through date. Account deletion is a separate confirmed request. Once requested, protected access pauses, your export remains available while pending, and private-data removal is targeted within 30 days.
Security and sensible care
Private records are tied to the signed-in account, and private media uses protected storage. No online service can promise perfect security, so use a strong unique password, protect your email account, and sign out on shared devices.
