Purpose of the service

The Living Journal provides Christian devotional content, Scripture tools, narration, planning, prayer, and private reflection features. It is a spiritual-growth and journaling service, not medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis monitoring.

Emergencies and urgent needs

No one monitors journal entries, prayers, recordings, photos, or videos for emergencies. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or a qualified crisis professional now. Do not wait for a response from this application.

Your account and private content

Keep your sign-in information secure and provide accurate account information. You retain ownership of the private writing and media you create. You give the service only the limited permission needed to store, protect, process, and return that content to you. Do not upload unlawful material or content that violates another person’s rights.

Membership and cancellation

The standard membership is $29.95 per year with an eligible 7-day free trial. The checkout page must show the exact charge and renewal timing before payment. Unless canceled, a paid membership renews at the disclosed annual price. Special launch offers, if any, will be described separately.

You may cancel future renewal from My Account. Cancellation does not erase your journal and does not end already-paid access early; access continues through the displayed paid-through date. Refund rights required by applicable law are not limited by these terms.

Published devotional content

The devotional writing, narration, design, Bible-study tools, and other published materials remain protected content. Membership lets you use them personally inside the service; it does not transfer ownership or permit resale, bulk copying, or republication.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur. Material changes to pricing or these terms should be disclosed before they apply. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated terms.
