What to include
Tell us which page you were using, what you expected, what happened, and the browser or device you used. Never email your password, payment-card number, private journal writing, prayer text, or private photos and videos.
Account tools
My Account includes password recovery, membership status, private archive download, cancellation information, and the separate confirmed account-deletion request.
Not an emergency or clinical service
Support messages and journal entries are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis professional now. The Living Journal does not replace a pastor, doctor, therapist, attorney, financial professional, or emergency responder.
